CES 2013: Verizon announces Samsung ATIV Odyssey and Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE

Finally Verizon goes official with Samsung ATIV Odyssey which is supposed to go on sale in December. Initially we thought it would be an carrier variant of Samsung ATIV S which was announced at IFA 2012 but later the leaked specification of this phone showed it was an entry level smartphone. So, it will be an Windows Phone 8 running device as we know and will be coming with 4 inch 800 x 480 pixels resolution Super AMOLED touchscreen display, 5 MP rear camera with 1080p video recorder, 1.2 MP front Camera and 1.5 GHz dual core processor.

It also includes 8 GB internal memory, microSD card slot which can hold up to 64 GB, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 2100 mAh battery. It is expected be to free on contract and will be available in the coming weeks.Verizon Samsung ATIV Odyssey
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has also been officially announced for Verizon with 4G LTE support. It was originally announced in August 2012. It will be running on Android OS v4.1 Jelly Bean and comes with 10.1 inch 1280  x800 pixels resolution touchscreen display, 1.4 GHz quad core processor, 2 GB RAM, 5 MP camera and 1.9 Mp front camera.
