Lava Xolo X1000 launched in India for Rs.19,999 – Powered by 2 GHz Intel processor

Here it is, the third Intel powered smartphone from the company – Lava Xolo X1000 has been launched officially today. The device was expected to powered by Intel Atom Clover Trail+ processor but it will be powered by the same Intel Atom Z2480 processor clocked at 2 GHz that was seen in Motorola Razr i. Another disappointment, the device runs on Android OS v4.0 instead of Jelly Bean but still the company is said to provide the Jelly Bean update. The device comes with 4.7 inch 1280 x 720 Pixels resolution touchscreen display, 1 GB RAM, 8 MP rear camera with LED flash light, 1.3 MP front camera, 8 GB internal memory and Card slot. It includes 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB and 1900 mAh battery. It has been priced at Rs.19,999 and available at Flipkart.

The device is pretty much good when compared to the company’s first Intel smartphone X900 but still disappoints us in Processor and Android version. In our view, the handset is slightly overpriced.
