Last month, Sony officially announced it’s Xperia Z tablet for Japan through NTT Docomo and at MWC 2013 the company officially made global. In Japan, the LTE version of Xperia Tablet Z will go on pre-order for 85,470 Yen on March 9 and will be available on March 22 whereas the Wi-Fi version will be available on April 13. The Wi-Fi version will not hold an antenna , thus no Mobile TV. Other markets will be getting this device in Q2. In India Sony Xperia Tablet Z will be available from May 13. To remind you, it comes with 10.1 inch 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution touchscreen display, 1.5 GHz quad core processor, 8.1 MP Exmor R rear camera, 2.2 MP front camera, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory, microSD card slot which can hold up to 64 GB and 6,000 mAh battery.
